Dr. Dimitrios Laurin Wagner is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Gene Therapy, Baylor College of Medicine, and a physician-scientist at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. He leads the academic research and development unit of the Berlin Center for Advanced Therapies and heads a research group at the Berlin Institute of Health – Center for Regenerative Therapies. His research focuses on immunology and genome engineering, with an emphasis on developing gene-edited cell and gene therapies for chronic diseases.
