Dimitri Barski MD, PhD

Dr. Barski received his M.D. (2010), his Speciality in Urology (2014), and is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (since 2014) and a Consultant of the German Continence Society (since 2015). Since 2015 he does research training during his Ph.D. Experimental Program at the Institute of Surgical Research at the University of Szeged (Hungary).

His professional training included a residency in general surgery and urology at the University Hospital of Zurich (Switzerland), Duesseldorf (Germany), and Lukas Hospital in Neuss (Germany).

He is a member of the International Continence Society (ICS), an active member of the European Association of Urology (EAU), and an active member of the scientific board of the German Society of Residents in Urology (GeSRU).

Currently, he works as a consultant in the department of urology at Lukas Hospital Neuss, Germany. His main fields of interest and research are surgical treatment and epidemiology of incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, neuro-urology, and innovations in oncology.
