Dima Quraini, MD is a staff physician at the Heart and Vascular Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr Quraini served as director of the echocardiography laboratory and as staff cardiologist at New England Cardiology/ Steward Medical Group, a busy private practice and community hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr Quraini is a graduate of Universite de Montreal medical school. She trained in internal medicine and served as chief medical resident at St Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her cardiology fellowship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston Massachusetts where she dedicated a year of training in advanced cardiovascular including and 3D echocardiography. Her research on 3D echocardiography has been cited in recent imaging guidelines. Her areas of interest include cardiovascular imaging, women’s cardiovascular health, coronary artery disease and valvular disease.
Dr Quraini is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease. She also holds certification boards from the National Board of Echocardiography and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. She is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography.
