Diane M. Rogers is founder and president of Contagious Change, LLC and assists healthcare organizations to achieve new potentials. Specializing in crating positive healthcare experience, she works with clients to tailor programs and improvement initiatives, within three specialty domains: Experiential Learning Programs, Performance Improvement Consulting and Professional Coaching.

Diane and her team, co-developed The hArt of Medicine, a program designed to engage the clinician in creating therapeutic relationships and improving their communication skills through a unique experiential learning approach. The program is tailored to support the clinical practice needs of each healthcare specialty; including physicians / providers, nursing, and joint team workshops.
