Diane Eaton

Dr. Diane has been on oral anticoagulants for over forty years and has extensive experience of anticoagulation monitoring services across primary and secondary care. For the last 14 years, she has self- managed therapy with support of her GP practice.

Diane is Project Manager for Anticoagulation Europe (ACE) and the Hertfordshire contact. She represents ACE at NICE, and is a member of ACSMA – the Anticoagulation Self - Monitoring Alliance, campaigning for improved access to self- monitoring. Diane is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and an accredited coach and mentor. She also works as a Business and Management Training Consultant within educational settings, including the NHS.
