Diane C. Frndak, Ph.D., MBA, CAPP, is an assistant professor in the Robert Morris University's health service administration program in its School of Nursing and Health Sciences. She has worked in health care administration, with a focus on organizational excellence, patient safety, and quality. She is especially passionate about helping individuals thrive, in particular, health care workers.
