Diana Hook MD

Dr. Hook is originally from Weatherford, TX, and obtained her undergraduate degree at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. She attended medical school at U.T. Health Science Center Houston and loved it so much that she stayed for her general surgery residency. Dr. Hook decided to make a major change and move to the Midwest for her breast surgical oncology fellowship. There she attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Hook is thrilled to be back home in Texas and loves living in The Woodlands. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading. Most of all she loves spending time with her family including her chocolate lab Layla and her two cats, Leanora and Merle.
