Dheeraj Mahajan, MD, CMD, CIC, is president and CEO, Chicago Internal Medicine Practice and Research (CIMPAR, SC); Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine, University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a certified medical director and is certified in infection control and epidemiology.

He specializes in cross-continuum provider alignment and is a nationally recognized speaker on post acute care quality improvement. He is active in AMDA as serving as the chair of the Quality Committee and chair of population health work group of public policy committee.
