Dewey Barker MS, RN, BSN, CRCST, CIS

Ms. Barker is the Clinical Manager and South/Midwest Region Sales Manager for Case Medical, Inc. He founded and served as President of the Gulf Coast Association of Sterile Processing Professionals, as well as served on the Board of Directors for IAHCSMM for eight years. Barker has worked in the roles of O.R. Manager, Sterile Processing Manager and O.R. Purchasing Manager over the past 20 years.

He holds an MS in Clinical Psychology from Mississippi State University, a BSN from the University of Alabama, an RN license in the state of Florida, and CRCST and CIS certifications through IAHCSMM. Barker has edited several IAHCSMM publications and authored the Technician’s Exchange column in the IAHCSMM publication, Communicated, from 2011-2015. He travels extensively giving in-services and lectures at numerous healthcare facilities and conferences each year.
