Derek Gallup

Derek Gallup is the EVP of Fitness for New Evolution Ventures with brands including Crunch, UFC Gym, Hard Candy Fitness and Alex Rodriguez Energy Fitness. Derek has also been involved with several other fitness brands including 24 Hour Fitness, Steve Nash Fitness World & Sports Club, Yoga Works, Personal Training Evolution and Gold’s Gym. Derek remembers falling in love with fitness at age 6 when he was the youngest competitor in a 5-mile race in his hometown of Honolulu. He has attended 22 IHRSA Conventions and is excited to support all IHRSA members in our shared goal of making the world healthier through physical activity and health promotion.
