Dr. HanlonDennis Hanlon MD, FAAEM, is the Medical Director at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Previously, he was the Quality Site Director at AGH. He has been with US Acute Care Solutions since 2014. Dr. Hanlon received his bachelor's from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. He went on to medical school at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency, where he was Chief Resident, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Hanlon has been an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and Temple University. He has an extensive amount of publications. He is a peer reviewer for Annals of Emergency Medicine, Western Journal of Emergency Medicine, and Academic Emergency Medicine Journal. Dr. Hanlon is a fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. He is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. He is on several hospital committees including; Conscious Sedation Committee, D2B Committee.
