Della Ming Lin MD

Della Lin, M.D. is a practicing anesthesiologist and has held multiple leadership positions, including department chief, member of the MEC, member of the Board of Directors, and member of board quality committees and credentialing and peer review committees. She is a senior fellow with the Estes Park Institute, adjunct faculty member for the Institute for Health Care Improvement (IHI), senior advisor for Pascal Metrics and faculty member for the Jefferson School of Population Health’s Quality and Safety Leadership Series (QSLS).

Dr. Lin, an inaugural National Patient Safety Foundation/HRET Patient Safety Leadership Fellow (2002), has a current focus in patient safety, leadership, and cross-continuum community collaboratives. She leads the Hawaii Safer Care: CUSP-STOP BSI and Surgical Unit Safety Program (SUSP) efforts.
