Delia Sanz MD, PhD

Dr. Delia Reina Sanz studied Medicine at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1993-1999). She completed her training as a resident in Rheumatology at the Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge, in Barcelona (2000-2004). She completed a master's degree in Spondyloarthritis (2010) at the European University of Madrid. She is doing her doctoral thesis (Nutritional status in patients with rheumatoid arthritis). She coordinates the Rheumatology subject of the Physiotherapy degree (Universitat de Barcelona-Universitat de Girona) since the 2017-2018 academic year. She is an associate professor of Medicine at the University of Barcelona. She is vice president of the Catalan Society of Rheumatology. She is the head of the Rheumatology service at the Hospital de Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi-General Hospital de l'Hospitalet de Barcelona since 2017.
