Deepak Murpani BPharm, MPharm, PhD

Dr. Murpani is a PhD in pharmacy. After obtaining the academic title in 1995, he started working in the pharmaceutical industry, holding increasingly more responsible positions in the field of development of pharmaceutical products at Wockhardt, Panacea Biotec and Ranbaxy. In 2006, he was appointed Head of Formulation Department in the Greek branch of Genepharm, where he was soon promoted to the position of Vice-President for Research and Development. In 2012, he started working at a Dutch company, Synthon, where he was a Vice-President for Global Research and Development and then was promoted to the position of Chief Scientific Officer in generic drugs line, reporting directly to the CEO and members of the Management Board responsible for generic line of business. In 2015, he joined Polpharm? where, as a Vice-chairmen of the Management Board for Global Research and Development, he is responsible for the operations of the entire Group in the field of R&D.
