Deborah Christensen RN, BSN, MSN, APRN

Deborah Graduating with an MSN from Loyola University Chicago's Adult-Geriatric Clinical Nurse Specialist with Oncology Specialty program was a highlight! She have enjoyed success in manuscript publication in Advances of Nursing Science and the Journal of Oncology Navigation and Survivorship. She currently write for the Oncology Nursing Society news magazine: ONS Voice and contribute patient-centered content to Conquer Magazine. She also enjoy blogging about a variety of clinical and psychosocial topics for ONS.
She did a Cancer navigation and survivorship program development resulting from evidence-based interventions is one of her short term and progressive goals. She is Continuing to conduct institutional research, publishing, and presenting her work will be ongoing. She also intend to perform research studies using the Health Change Trajectory Model (HCTM), a synthesis of two theories that she developed during her graduate program. The HCTM was published in Advances of Nursing Science Jan-Mar 2015 issue.
Eventually, she hope to move into nursing leadership roles and consulting to round out her nursing career and allow me to continue to inspire others in healthy and productive ways.
