Debbie Stubbs RN, MS, CCM

Debbie Stubbs has enjoyed the field of nursing for close to 30 years. After spending the first eight years in clinical practice as an ICU/Trauma nurse she moved into the field of managed care. Debbie held medical management positions with Prudential Health Care, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Kaiser Permanente working with Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid populations. In her current role as Vice President, Managed Care Consultant with Summit Reinsurance Services, Inc, she interacts with health plans, provider groups and third-party administrators across the country. Primary responsibilities include catastrophic case management, cost containment, program development and medical management consulting. Summit Reinsurance Services, Inc is a managing general underwriter (MGU) providing reinsurance and stop loss coverage to clients across the United States. Debbie is a certified case manager and a member of the Case Management Society of America and the American Academy of Managed Care Nurses.
