Debbie Sears Barnard currently holds the position of Director, Performance Improvement, Clinical Risk Management & Accreditation at the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, UAE. Over her more than 30-year healthcare career, she has pursued her passion for the “improvement of the quality of the provision of healthcare services to the patients and families” in a variety of organization-wide and international positions. She is a designated Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Canadian EXTRA Fellow and holds a Certificate in Advance Nursing Education (Hons), a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development.
