Deann S. Zenisek JD

Mrs. Deann Zenisek, JD, has a background in civil litigation practice with an emphasis in professional negligence claims. She regularly represents licensed health care professionals including, but not limited to, physicians, dentists, psychiatrists, mental health providers, pharmacists, and nurses in malpractice litigation and administrative matters involving licensing and privileges. She also assists corporate entities such as hospitals, surgery centers, and individual medical practices on a variety of issues.

She has been published in Colorado Medicine on topics relating to federal prosecution, and Colorado’s Good Samaritan Law, respective to the medical use of marijuana in Colorado. Mrs. Zenisek graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law – Order of St. Ives and is a Kenneth L. Smith Scholar. She was an editor for the University of Denver Law Review and awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Conflict of Laws.
