David William Cook MD, FACS

Dr. Cook graduated from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and later completed his internship and residency at OHSU. He is a member of several organizations, including the North Pacific Surgical Society, Portland Surgical Society, and the Oregon College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Medical Association and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Cook focuses on colorectal cancer, hernia repair, and diseases relating to the gallbladder and thyroid at The Oregon Clinic Westside Surgical Specialists.
