David Townshend MBBS, FRCS (Tr&Orth)

Mr Townshend graduated from Newcastle Medical School in 1997 before undertaking higher surgical training in the Northern Region. He also undertook a fellowship in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at the University of British Columbia.
He is a member of British Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, British Orthopedic Society and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.. He was appointed to the Northumbria NHS Healthcare Trust in 2010.
