David S. Bradford MD

Dr. David Bradford is Professor and Chair Emeritus in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Bradford's research interests include tissue engineering, tissue regeneration, and biomaterials. His clinical interests include degenerative spine diseases, spondylolisthesis, kyphosis, scoliosis, and reconstructive spine surgery.

He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his residency and a fellowship at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center/NY Orthopedic Hospital.

Dr. Bradford has held leadership roles in some of the most prestigious spine societies and received awards for his research and clinical care throughout his career. Furthermore, he has served on the editorial boards of many noteworthy spine journals.
