David R. Milstein MD

Dr. David Milstein is a board-certified surgeon through the American Board of Medical Specialties. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Milstein obtained his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences at Chicago Medical School. Dr. Milstein gained extensive training and experience in cosmetic, reconstructive and general surgery from residencies at St. Mary’s Hospital in San Francisco and White Memorial Hospital at Loma Linda University.

Dr. Milstein serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of California, Los Angeles, Geffen School of Medicine, and attending surgeon at the Harbor UCLA Medical Center where he enjoys surgical teaching privileges. He has extensive training and experience in liposuction surgery, both with laser liposculpture, power-assisted liposuction.
