David M. Schreck MD, MS, FACP, FACEP, FHM

Dr. David Schreck is corporate vice president of Atlantic Health System. He is responsible for care transitions across the enterprise, including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, urgent care, and post-acute care. He also plays a key role in care integration for the physician practices of the Atlantic Medical Group.

Dr. Schreck is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick. He is past chairman of emergency medicine and hospital medicine at Summit Medical Group, past vice chairman of the Department of Medicine at Overlook Medical Center and a former adjunct professor of Chemical Biology and Physiology at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken. Dr. Schreck has served as chairman of emergency medicine at Capital Health System in and Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield, as vice president of Business Development and Strategic Affairs for Emergency Medical Associates of NJ and as president and medical director of Emergency Medical Associates’ urgent care, primary care and hospitalist divisions.
