David M. Reid MB CHB, MRCP(UK), MD, FRCP(Edin), FRCP(London)

Professor David Reid is Emeritus Professor of Rheumatology at the University of Aberdeen. He is a consultant rheumatologist and has been involved in providing rheumatology and specialist osteoporosis services with a particular emphasis on DXA (bone densitometry) measurement and interpretation for over 30 years. He has published over 300 original papers and reviews. He is a Volunteer Ambassador of the National Osteoporosis Society and was Chair of the Board of Trustees from 2008-2012.
