David Lienert

David Lienert is a consultant psychiatrist currently working as the clinical director for Central Coast LHD Mental Health Services and as a conjoint lecturer with the University of Newcastle. He also works part-time as a consultant psychiatrist in private practice in East Gosford where he has an interest in psychotherapy, spirituality, and adult mental health. David began his medical and psychiatry training in New Zealand before moving to the Central Coast 13 years ago. He is energised by the ongoing need to improve public mental health services to ensure access and quality of care for our local community.
