David Levy MD

Dr. David Levy graduated with a degree in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. He earned his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School and did his residency in Urology at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Following his residency he earned a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at The University of Texas M D Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas
