David Leitch BSc, PhD

David Classically-trained organometallic chemist with a keen interest in all things catalytic, most recently as applied to the batch and/or flow synthesis of complex small-molecule drug candidates. He currently lead a group of ~10 phenomenal scientists in the API Chemistry Department at GlaxoSmithKline. They are involved in all aspects of process chemistry development, from micro-scale high-throughput screening, kinetic and mechanistic elucidation of complex multi-path reaction networks, to multi-kilo continuous manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
