Dr. Grimshaw is an Osteopathic Physician who has been in clinical practice since 1988 with experience in Family Practice, Public Health, Emergency Medicine, and Rehabilitation Medicine. He has extensive experience in the care of newborns, infants, children, adolescents, and adults. He has extensive training in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Cranial Osteopathy, Integrative Medicine, and Performing Arts Medicine.
He is a certified yoga instructor. He works to help people engage with the first and fundamentally important things we all can do to help improve and take charge of our health. Nutrition awareness and practice, quantity and quality of our sleep, movement practices, and cultivating our ability to respond to the continuous flow of challenges that life brings.
