David Fuchs BA, JD

David Fuchs serves as Associate Counsel in the Administrative and Civil Remedies Branch, Office of Counsel to the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. David is the Team Leader for OIG's New York, Chicago, and Kansas City regions. While at the OIG, he has worked extensively with Department of Justice trial attorneys and Assistant U.S. Attorneys to resolve health care fraud matters.
