David E. Tate MD

David E. Tate Jr., M.D., earned his medical degree and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He then completed an arthritis fellowship with the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, and a hand surgery fellowship with the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Micro Surgery in Louisville.

Dr. Tate is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery with a certificate of added qualification in surgery of the hand.
