Dr. David Zimmerman is a Colorectal Surgeon at Elisabeth-TweeSteden Ziekenhuis (ETZ). After studying medicine in Rotterdam (Cum Laude), he was trained as a general surgeon in the region of Rotterdam (Erasmus MC) and Delft (Reinier de Graaf Gasthuis). From an early age, he was interested in the surgical treatments of benign and malignant diseases of the colon and rectum.
