David Chalmers PhD

He specializes in issues about consciousness, and also works on many other issues in philosophy and cognitive science. His books include _The Conscious Mind: In Search of a Fundamental Theory_ (1996) and _Constructing the World_ (2010). Chalmers co-founded the Association for the Scientific Study of Consciousness and has organized some of the most important conferences in the field. He is currently writing a book about philosophical issues arising from virtual reality
