David L. Caraway, M.D., Ph.D., assumed the Chief Medical Officer position at Nevro Corp. in Redwood City, CA, on April 1, 2014. Nevro is a global, growth-stage medical device company focused on developing innovative, evidence-based solutions for the treatment of chronic medical conditions.
Dr. Caraway has diverse strategic responsibilities, including providing direction and support for the design, development, and adoption of cutting-edge therapies that aim to advance the field of neuromodulation. He is on the CEO senior leadership team, Business development team, Grants and Education committee, and multiple roles in Clinical and Regulatory functions. He also represents Nevro’s mission and values in directing a medical affairs function with global responsibility for generating and providing medical and scientific information on Nevro’s products.
