David C. Mackenzie MD, CM

Dr. David C. Mackenzie is the Director of Emergency Ultrasound at the Maine Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Tufts University. He completed an ultrasound fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital.

In addition to teaching locally and nationally, he has extensive experience developing ultrasound programs and training for global health projects. Dr. Mackenzie is happy to discuss any topic but has particular interests in volume status assessment, lung ultrasound, and ultrasound use in resource-limited settings.
