David Anand Rengachary MD, MBA, DBIM, FALU, FLMI

Dave Rengachary, M.D., is Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Director of U.S. Mortality Markets for RGA Reinsurance Company. He also serves as Deputy Managing Director of The Longer Life Foundation (LLF), a partnership between RGA and Washington University School of Medicine that funds clinical research into a lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors that impact mortality and morbidity. Dave attended the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University and then went on to complete an adult neurology residency at Washington University followed by a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology and board certification.

He serves on the board of directors of the St. Louis-based organizations Memory Home Care Solutions and ABC Brigade, which is dedicated to Alzheimer's family and stroke survivor support, respectively. He is also Vice President of the Midwestern Medical Directors Association and a member of the Educational Committee of the American Academy of Insurance Medicine. In addition, he is the primary author and editor of Washington University Neurology Survival Guide.
