David A. Garcia MD

David Garcia, M.D., is associate medical director of Anti-Thrombotic Therapy at UW Medical Center and a UW professor of Hematology and Medicine. Garcia earned his M.D. from the University of Alabama. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the International Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis. Dr. Garcia is a member of the board of directors for a number of organizations including the North American Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis, the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Societies of North America and the Anticoagulation Forum.
