Darwin Noel Ang, MD, PhD, FACS, to Medical Director of its new Trauma Services at Ocala Regional Medical Center. Dr. Ang will be responsible for the ongoing development, growth, and oversight of the medical center's newly established trauma program

Dr. Ang most recently served as Assistant Professor, Trauma Surgery and Critical Care at the University of Florida/Shands Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center. He was Principle Investigator and Coordinator of the Department of Surgery for Quality and Clinical Outcomes Database at the University of Florida, and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of U.S. Biomedical Information Systems.
