Darrell White is a Professor of Medicine and Senior Associate Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Dalhousie University and a hematologist at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He is a graduate of Dalhousie Medical School, trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Western Ontario and Hematology at Dalhousie. He completed a fellowship at the Myeloma and Transplantation Research Center at the University of Arkansas. He has completed graduate studies in Community Health and Epidemiology at Dalhousie.

Since 1998 he has been a member of the Division of Hematology, Department of Medicine at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Center in Halifax. His research interest and clinical practice focus on transplant and non-transplant treatment of multiple myeloma. He is a member of the Myeloma Sub-Committee of the Canadian Trials Group and is Chair of the Board of the Myeloma Canada Research Network (MCRN). His administrative experience includes being past program director for adult hematology and core internal medicine. He is an examiner for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada for Hematology and Internal Medicine and is Past-Chair of the Royal College Specialty Committee for Hematology.
