As a Nursing Director she is a tireless advocate for her patients, Allen brings more than 15 years of critical care nursing experience to her role. Acts as the Nursing Administrative lead for the organization’s Fall Prevention Program and Rapid Response Program at Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center from January 2015 to present. Formerly served as the administrative and clinical lead for similarprograms at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California where a 50% reduction inthe fall rate and Code Blue events were achieved with the implementation ofrobust and sustainable programs
