Danling Zhu obtained her Ph.D. degree at Peking University, China. After that, She joined Prof. Dame Caroline Dean’s lab at John Innes Centre and focused on dissecting the underlying mechanism of how plants respond to vernalization treatment. Since Oct. 2017,

She worked as a Research assistant professor in the Biology department, SUSTech. Her research interest is trying to understand how the chromatin structure is going to regulate gene expression; Apart from that, she is also interested in the potential roles of Plant RNA binding protein in controlling the fate of RNA molecules in vivo.
