Dr. Cooley came to the Department of Family Medicine as a resident in 2007. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ)-School of Osteopathic Medicine where she also completed her Family Medicine residency. She completed her Plus One Year in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine- Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

Dr. Cooley’s clinical interests include osteopathic manipulative treatment for a large variety of conditions including back and neck pain, joint pain, and pregnancy. She also enjoys teaching medical students and guiding them to incorporate osteopathic care into every patient visit.

Dr. Cooley is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Neuromuscular Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM). She is an active member of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) and serves as the Chair of the NBOME-COMAT OPP Committee.

She is currently the Medical Director at the Rowan Family Medicine’s Mount Laurel office, where she sees patients for Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. At the Neuromusculoskeletal Institute in Stratford, she treats OMM patients. She is the Chair of the Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Department and treats OMM patients at the Neuromusculoskeletal Institute in Stratford. In addition, Dr. Cooley is involved in the coordination of Continuing Medical Education events at RowanSOM.
