More than 15 years of big corporate life in the biopharmaceutical sector trained Daniela to design and implement market and business development strategies as well as lead transformation and cross-functional collaborative projects. This experience led her to the conclusion that disruptive innovation is better placed in the agile and flexible environment of a startup.

As CEO and Co-Founder of Sarcura Daniela is responsible for setting and managing the strategic direction of the venture and ensuring that the team has the resources and capabilities to go beyond limits and hit the next milestone. Daniela received her MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from WU Executive Academy, Vienna, and holds an engineering degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, and genetic engineering.
