Daniel Watson BA, MBA

Dan Watson, MBA, is Director of Clinical Decision Support at Methodist Health System, focusing on the quantitative support of performance improvement, quality, and safety initiatives at the project, senior leadership, and board levels. His work has spanned the operational, technical, clinical quality, regulatory, and patient safety arenas.
Mr. Watson is trained in Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management, and FEMA Disaster Response, and he has also dabbled in the Malcolm Baldrige framework for performance excellence. He holds a BA in psychology and pre-med studies from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
