Daniel P. Krowchuk, M.D., earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California, Irvine and his Medical Doctorate at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University. He completed his residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in adolescent medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. Following residency and fellowship, he practiced pediatrics in Branford, Connecticut and in 1983 assumed a position as a member of the Division of Adolescent Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

Since 1990, Dr. Krowchuk has been the Director of Adolescent Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at Wake Forest University School of Medicine where he is also Professor of Pediatrics and Dermatology and Associate in Sports Medicine; Chief of the Section of General Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine, and Rheumatology; and Associate Director of the Pediatric Dermatology Clinic.
