Daniel Pavin is a partner in the Corporate Practice and is resident in Covington's London office. Mr. Pavin has broad non-contentious and contentious experience, with an emphasis on advising companies for whom intellectual property rights are of paramount importance. In particular, Mr. Pavin advises life sciences clients on their licensing, partnering, collaboration and other strategic and commercial agreements, and on the IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments in the life sciences and technology sectors. His contentious experience includes advising on contract disputes.
He serves as one of the leaders of Covington’s multidisciplinary Digital Health Initiative, which brings together the firm’s considerable resources across the broad array of legal, regulatory, commercial, and policy issues relating to the development and marketing of digital health technologies.
