Daniel Hefel

Mr. Daniel Hefel Prior to his appointment as Vice President Business Development, Commercial Excellence and eCommerce at Medicover, Daniel was the VP Operations at Synevo, a subsidiary of Medicover, being responsible for several country operations. At his current position, Daniel is in charge of identifying new business areas and acquisition targets and the establishment of a group wide Commercial Excellence program to enhance efficient and profitable growth. Also, he oversees the development of the digital services incl. online webstores and innovative digital business models.

Daniel has held various management positions in the diagnostics and lab space, including acting as Managing Director for Southern Germany at European’s largest lab provider Synlab and as European Corporate Account Manager at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics (now Siemens Healthineers) where he has built up the first global key account management in the industry.
