Daniel Hayoz MD

Daniel Hayoz is a Founder, and professor of Vascular Medicine at the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV), Switzerland and Head of Medicine at the Cantonal Hospital of Fribourg (Switzerland), president of the Swiss Society of Vascular Diseases, former president of the Swiss Society of Angiology and vice president of the European Society for ClinicalInvestigations. Prof. Hayoz has published more than 200 peer-review scientific papers and has developed a portable mini pump for the prevention of deep venous thrombosis.
