Daniel Forman, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.A.H.A., is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Harvard Medical School with appointments at both the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and the VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS). He is Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation and the Exercise Testing Laboratory at BWH, and he is Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation and a Physician Scientist at the New England Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center at the VABHS.

Fellowship-trained in Cardiology and Geriatrics, Dr. Forman has strong interests in steps to allay cardiovascular physiological aging and preserve functional capacity in old age, with multiple grants and over 110 related publications. Dr. Forman is also Chair of the American College of Cardiology’s Council on Cardiovascular Care for Older Adults and a member of the American Heart Association’s Committee on Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention.
