Dane Nelsen BS, BASc, MA, MLS(ASCP)

Dane Nelsen, MLS (ASCP), is a Performance Improvement Consultant for the CentraCare Clinic by day and an Ironman triathlete, bow hunter, and graduate student by night. He started his health care work as a medical laboratory scientist specializing in hematology and coagulation. After making the transition to performance improvement in 2017, he became deeply committed to coaching improvement. Mr. Nelsen's skill set includes coaching daily continuous improvement and empowering front lines in change management.
