Dana Bakdach

Dana Bakdach graduated from Qatar University, Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy in 2012 with honor. She then completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2013 with Head of the Class distinction. Since then, Bakdach has been practicing as a clinical pharmacist in MICU at HGH. Meanwhile, she finished her critical care traineeship with the American Society of Clinical Pharmacist (ASHP) and did her On-site training at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Bardach has been actively involved in teaching since her post-graduate completion. She is officially affiliated with Qatar University College of Pharmacy as a “Clinical Lecturer” since 2016. Moreover, she has been actively involved in delivering different training programs across HMC (including ECMO training, TDM workshops, and others). Bardach has a couple of publications pertaining to pharmaceutical science and pharmacy practice. Her research interest is currently focused on medication safety and medication management of critically ill patients (including ECMO).
